Job Description:

Oversee Daily Operations: Take charge of the day-to-day activities of the organization, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to established protocols and standards.
Develop Strategic Plans:Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at achieving company goals and objectives.
Financial Management:Manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasting activities. Implement cost control measures to optimize resource utilization.
Team Leadership:Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management:Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners, to support business objectives.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the industry.
Regulatory Compliance:Ensurecompliance with relevant regulations and industry standards to mitigate risksand maintain operational integrity.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to optimize processes and enhance customer atisfaction,continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Representation: Serve as a representative of the organization, participating in industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and business growth.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the company's performance and progress towards goals, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Experience: Preferred experience in supervising, restaurant management, bar management, hospitality, customer service, and general management, with at least one year in each field.
